PSC Request- Chandelure

Just when I think I'm out, I get puuuuuulled back in!
Nah, for real though, I'm back on a kinda-sorta basis. And look, I'm not using Paint this time! Just kinda testing the waters right now in a few different ways.
While checking out something I was linked to here, I figured it was a good time to hoe out my notification bin. There, I was astounded to find I was still getting favorites, gallery addition requests, and most of all comments. I thought about that for a while. That people were still enjoying the pieces I had put up and had all but forgotten about. So, I thought I'd give coming back another try, and giving you guys a bit more bang for your no-buck. So, here we are!
This was a request from trognar , who thought I didn't have enough Ghosts, and he was right. Gengar's Staff is still my favorite piece done to date and there's still alot of Ghosts to explore, among other types.
